Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all the points described below.

1. PAYMENT

• Payment via EasyStart, Hipolink, Boosty
• Full prepayment required before starting, OR 50% prepayment before starting with the balance due after sketch approval.
• Payment must be made within 2 days from the date of invoice.
• Once work has commenced, commissions are non-refundable.

2. EXTRA CHARGE

• Extra character (+70% of price);
• NSFW;
• Complicated outfits;
• Complex design (many wings/arms, large range of colors, tattoos);
• Additional actions or poses beyond the primary concept (ask for examples).
• Detailed backgrounds;
• Commercial work, for printing and sale (+100% of price).The extra charge is calculated individually and depends on the specific commission.

3. WORK PROCESS

1. Describe all commission details: characters, action, idea, background, poses (general or detailed).2. Required: Character references, pose references, or photo elements (photos/links to other artists). If no visuals, describe your idea in detail. I'll ask clarifying questions if needed.3. I'll confirm the final price based on your commission details.4. Full or partial prepayment.5. After receiving the prepayment, I will send WIP sketches for feedback. At this stage, all necessary edits can be made. The project timeline is based on your response completeness and speed.6. After sketch approval, I'll proceed to finalize the artwork. I'll send work-in-progress updates for feedback and adjustments.7. Upon completion, I will send you the final artwork as a .PNG file.

4. REVISIONS

• Unlimited revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
• Provide clear, concise and comprehensive revision requests. Revisions should be thoughtful and focused on fulfilling the commission's objective. Abuse of the revision process to obtain additional "free" sketches is prohibited.
• Major changes requiring redrawing a significant portion of the work are subject to additional payment.

5. DEADLINES

Completion time depends on the complexity of the order and the number of commissions in the queue.Type of commission:
Sketch/Stickers — 2-4 days
Dynamic — 3-6 days
Illustration — 5 – 10 daysIf I encounter unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), I will notify you in advance and let you know when I can resume commission.

6. ABOUT DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS

A permanent 7% discount is available after ordering 3 commissions.For every $200 spent, receive 1 free sticker of your character. This applies to all purchased commissions and YCHs and can be combined.This offer is valid from May 1st, 2025.About Free Stickers:
• Sticker for Telegram or Discord
• PNG format, 1024px or 512px
• Transparent background
• Simple shadows
• One character, half-body
• Any emotion or pose

7. USAGE AND REPOSTING

• You may repost any commissioned SFW/NSFW artwork, giving credit to me as the artist.;
• You're free to use the commissioned piece for any personal/non-commercial purposes;
• You're free to print the commissioned piece for any non-commercial purposes;

8. THE RIGHTS I RESERVE

• I reserve the right to post all finished images in my galleries. Publication of private commissions is subject to the customer's permission.
• I reserve the right to use finished artwork for self-promotion (e.g., banners or convention announcements).
• I reserve the right to upload the drawing process of the commissioned piece to my Patreon/Boosty.
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission, explaining the reason (only before receiving prepayment).
